I excel at working with my hands and using exercise to heel a person’s aches and pains; whether it comes from accident, injury, illness, or overuse. I am well versed in manual therapies, dynamic functional strengthening and stretching, cupping, positional release, dynamic balance training, ergonomic assessments and training, movement analysis and correction, and postural training. I am committed to the health and recovery of all my patients! My family and I relocated to Memphis TN area this last year from Denver CO, where we lived for over 18 years, after moving from Washington, DC with a man who is now my husband, to pursue both our graduate studies, and experience all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. In earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus, my passion for helping others to rehabilitate their bodies, at any age, multiplied. My husband and I enjoy going to our boys’ baseball games and wrestling tournaments, going fishing, crawdadding, biking, exercising, rock climbing, and traveling to the coast.
